INGREDIENTS:
- 115g glutinous rice flour
- 300g sweet potato
- 3-4 tbsp sugar (to taste)
- Sesame seeds
PREPARATION:
Peel the sweet potatoes and cook for 30 minutes.
Then mash the sweet potatoes and add the sugar and flour to make a sticky dough. Make small balls and roll the balls in sesame seeds.
Fry the balls until golden brown. Let stand for a few minutes to allow the oil to drain on absorbent paper.
