Mango Mousse

Ingredients:

  • 450 g of mango puree
  • 170 g of sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 dl of fresh cream

Preparation:

Before starting put aside 6 tablespoon of mango puree for decoration.

Mix the mango puree and sweetened condensed milk. Install the fresh whipped cream.  Mix delicately the whipped cream to the mango puree. Serve in glasses and chill 2-3 hours. At serving time put a tablespoon of the mango puree that was put aside in each glass to decorate.
