Ingredients:
- 6 large ripe bananas
- 200 g flour
- 50g sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla flavor
- oil for frying
Preparation:
In a bowl mash the bananas with the sugar and add the vanilla and baking powder. Stir in the flour little by little and mix well. Heat a pan with oil.
Take a little dough with a spoon and fry. Once banana pops are brown, remove them and put them on absorbent paper to get ride of the excess of oil.
Let them cool a bit and serve with hot tea
