INGREDIENTS:
- 350 g of minced beef
- 2 tablespoons of ginger powder
- 3 tablespoons of dark soy sauce
- 50 g cornflour
- A few sprigs of chopped chives (for decoration)
PREPARATION:
Put all ingredients in a large bowl and mix well with hands or with a spatula to a smooth paste and shape into balls the size of your choice.
Put them in a steamer by spacing them well so that they do not stick together and cook for about twenty minutes.
Remove the cooked dumplings from the steamer and decorate with chopped chives before serving with a little hot sauce or garlic sauce.
Usually several types of dumplings are prepared, for example you can eat the meat dumplings with chouchou dumplings, fish balls and saw-maï.
