INGREDIENTS:
- 100 g of fresh grated coconut
- half bunch of mint
- 3 green or red chillies (or more according to taste)
- 1 tablespoon of tamarind pulp
- salt
PREPARATION:
Mix the tamarind pulp with 2 tablespoons of water. In a blender grind all the ingredients together until you get a smooth paste. Add salt and mix well.
The Satini coco is served with samosas or fish broth.
