Ingredients:
- 200 g of flour
- 50 ml of hot water
- 1 tablespoon of oil
- 10 garlic cloves
- 1 natural yoghurt
- 1 tablespoon of dry yeast
- 1 tablespoon of sugar
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 2 tablespoons of ghee
Preparation:
In the bowl of your food processor place the flour, oil, yeast, sugar, salt, yogurt and water and knead to get a ball. If the dough is sticky, add a bit of flour until it form a nice ball.
Coat the dough ball with oil and kneed the dough to soften it. When the dough is soft, put it in a bowl, cover it with a linge and leave it to rest for at least 5 hours.
Heat your oven to 300 ° for 30 minutes. then finely chop the garlic and set it aside. Once the dough is ready divide it into 4 balls, spread them and put a tablespoon of garlic and hal a tablespoon of ghee on top of each naan.
Place the naans on a baking tray. Lower the oven temperature to 260 ° and bake the naans for 4 minutes.
